Flexible Fee Arrangements

Unlike many attorneys, Mr. Cooksey is willing to consider contingency fee agreements and flexible mixed hourly/contingency arrangements in business cases. He will also consider flat fee arrangements for the right matters. A rigid policy on fees applicable to all cases is not always best for the client or the lawyer. In line with his philosophy to carefully analyze the unique aspects of each legal matter, Mr. Cooksey has the confidence to share risk with clients in the right circumstances.
